Jack In The Green
Jack in the green is a fantastic local festival that attracts visitors and societies from all over England to celebrate the first day of summer. Its a pagan fest and most of Hastings dresses in green. The parade kicks off early and then its to the castle for performances and a few drinks. This year the weather was a bit chilly but the crowds still arrived. Great day all round. Remember to click a picture for the large version.
