Night Shots of St Leonards
Thought I would share some recent shots of my home I took one evening with my relatively new F1.4 Canon lens.
The wide aperture allows hand held shots in low light. As always, click the picture for a bigger version.

Before I got into photography professionally I was a keen natural world photographer. I thought I would share some of my favorite shots. Enjoy.
I was strolling around London South Bank looking for locations to shoot for some fashion shoots I am planning for the future. On the way I took this one of the London Eye, attempting to get something a little different to the usual perspective. I was very pleased with the result. Here are the pictures from the rest of the day.
Well the BMX pictures didn’t get anywhere in the last Street competition but I managed to get 2 in at third place for April. The Old Boot picture and Camera picture came joint 3rd. The camera belongs to a friend of mine and was made in the year of my birth. Enjoy.
The EMFEB Orchestra recently played at the Rosemary Branch Theater and I went along to cover the event. This was my first classical music gig and it was very different to the usual rock gigs I attend. At a normal gig you have to fight your way to the front and then you take as many pictures as you can without worry.
At a classical gig you have to be considerate, especially when people are doing their solos otherwise you may distract them. With this in mind I mainly used my 50mm f1.4 lens.
The other big difference is that before the gig the musicians are actually practicing until the last second rather than swilling beer. This shot below is my favorite of the practice session.
The orchestra was set up by young talented composer Owen Bourne, link below.
