Double R Club February 2012
In an exciting moment three quarters of the way through the night Emeral Fountain shouts “We Won”!
It was so nice to be present on such a good night with such cause for celebration.
Going from strength to strength.

As I write this I’m packing the final bits for my trip to Oman, and the snow has just started outside.
This will hopefully be my last update until I return on Feb 15th, if I manage to get there in the first place.
Something about January, especially toward the end of the month, is ripe for a good party.
Ran into Marnie Scarlet again and had some time for some drinks and smokes too this time.
All the performers stayed, and the backstage was like the kitchen in a party at home, everyone crowded in there chatting and drinking, then more, but the less said about that the better.
I pity those that had to clear up.
Following that we were back there again at the Lexington to shoot a video for the Urban Voodoo Machine’s forthcoming single, I’d Rather You Shot Me Down.
Anthony and Miranda pictured below will be helping with the video, Anthony filming and editing, Miranda doing the fonts and staring in it too. More on that later.
So happy to be resident at this eccentric cabaret night now in its third year at the legendary Bethnel Green Working Men’s Club. Nice to run into Mr Pustra, Marnie Scarlet as well as meet some new people too. Had time for an impromptu shoot before the show with the despicable Benjamin Louche, favorite picture below.
Another round of wonderful performances including fireworks and bottoms.
Enough said.
Wonderful new night at The Lockside Bar n Grill in Camden.
Run by Mat Fraser and Trixie Malicious, both veteran cabaret and burlesque performers, the night is all about New York Sleaze and audience participation.
Did this brief photoshoot to promote the night.
Photos of the night will be coming later in the month or you can find them on the facebook page, linked at the bottom of the home page.
A very intimate affair was arranged this New Year’s at The Gypsy Hotel.
After all the excitement of The New Orleans Wedding something a little calmer was called for.
That is not to say that front room vibe of The Dalston Devil Trio wasn’t a perfect start to a debauched evening of the usual stomping bands and burlesque.
Great Stuff.
