The Party Exhibition

I was very excited to be involved with this wonderful group exhibition at Viktor Wynd’s Fine Art.

It is a show to clebrate the publishing of Suzette Fields’s new book,

A Curious Invitation, a look at the history of the party in literature.

If the Last Tuesday Society know one thing, they know how to put on a good party.

Incidently, the book features a photo of the author, taken by me, more info  here (top photo used).

The show will travel to Los Angeles next year along with my three prints so very excited.

The Halloween Satan’s Route Party will go ahead at the Cornet Theater this Friday, 26th October,

Its shaping up to be an absolute event with themed rooms from scenes covered in Suzette’s book.

Don’t miss it.

Phg Interim Show

Photo Hub Group (Phg) is a collective of photographers working towards the second Brighton Photo Fringe Hastings biennale in 2012 and supported by funding from the Arts Council England, Coordinated by Andrew Moran and Grace Lau.  Thanks to both for input and advise leading up to the show, and thanks to Andy for all his work on final arrangement.

There was a wonderfully varied output and it was good to keep up with the photographers projects leading up to the show.

Below is my entry,  Mr Pustra (costume design by Lenka Padysakova), and below that is a timelapse and video of the show. For more information visit the new website which is still being developed but already has a good blog about everything that is gong on with members of the group,

Vive Le Rock Exhibition

Was thrilled to be a part of this rock music art show at the Orange Dot Gallery in London’s Bloomsbury with some of the music world’s top photographers.

Vive Le Rock is a new quarterly magazine for the discerning rocker of a certain age and is the new venture of the people that bring you the Big Cheese.

In the coming weeks the whole show will be online via Vive Le Rock.

These are shots from the exhibition private view

It was a totally great night at the private view for my Behind Burlesque exhibition.

I’d like to thank everyone that turned up, especially those from Kent and London who managed to dress up too.  Cheers for making it down.

Many thanks to Caroline, Joe, Sarah, Bea and Simon.

Thanks to Grace, Alex, Martin, Andy and all the On The Map and Phg photographers.

Enjoy the video.

We got a good write up in the paper too.
