Its so unexpected to have this event running strong in Hastings, attracting thousands. This year the weather wasn’t bad if a little windy.
The bike festival took on new aspects with stalls in town selling all sorts of biker equipment and it becoming an official festival.
Good for the town all round.
Last minute invite to this interesting event in windy Brighton.

Last month saw a friend’s band compete in a Battle of the Bands type competition for a chance to play a music festival in the Maldives.

Jack in the green is a fantastic local festival that attracts visitors and societies from all over England to celebrate the first day of summer. Its a pagan fest and most of Hastings dresses in green. The parade kicks off early and then its to the castle for performances and a few drinks. This year the weather was a bit chilly but the crowds still arrived. Great day all round. Remember to click a picture for the large version.
