Caught up with Gita Selli from Distract TV for a little promotional photo shoot. Gita has asked me to be the official Distract TV photographer and my first assignment will be (has been) at The Cafe De Paris for London Burlesque Week red carpet event. Gita needed a few shots for her burlesque act she will be performing at the O2 center in Islington on the Battle Royal Night this Friday. Look for further posts on burlesque week coming shortly.
Met up with Suri Sumatra who booked me after I photographed her at an event night back on New Year’s Eve.
Suri is a wonderful performing artist and a bright mind with an inquisitive nature and lots of energy. She is an artist and model too. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her, so thank you Suri. Well the shoot with Bella went fantastically. Bella is a hard working girl and very open, honest and genuine. She has great ideas and is always pushing herself to be the best she can. It was a real pleasure working with a professional and we got loads done on the day. I am only releasing one shot at the moment as we need to narrow down the selections for the forthcoming Calender. Finally here with the Lady Ane Angel Promotional pictures. If you don’t like snakes avoid this post 
So finally here with the pictures from the shoot mentioned in my last post. Lady Ane wanted some portraits and promotional shots for her forthcoming website as well as flyers and cards. That will appear on the next post.
For now lets look at the shoot they did together. This is all in aid of a new act they will both do together called The Siamese Widows.
I caught up with lady Ane Angel for a portrait session and had the chance to try out my portable light stand and such as we did the shoot at her home in east London. I turned up early and we had a good breakfast and a chat then got down to business. As it happened a performer friend of hers was there from Paris and we ended up doing two shoots. I’ll let you see the results of that in a later post but for now her is my favorite portrait of the day of lady Ane.
Collaborated with Laura and Evelyn again to enter a make up contest. Laura has to submit a theme and make up a chart of her ideas. It was based around “bold being beautiful” and inspired by the band The Gossips. Evelyn’s boyfriend was there and needed a shot for his portfolio. The one included is my favorite.
